Art Vestors Group does not run third-party advertising on this website. There are no display ads, no sponsored placements, no affiliate links and no paid endorsements anywhere on artvestors.us. Equally, we do not sell, rent or trade any visitor information for advertising or marketing purposes. The only thing this site presents is our own practice, in our own words.

How we present our services

As an advisory practice, we hold ourselves to the same standard in our communications that we apply to our counsel: accuracy, restraint and honesty. In particular:

• We describe what we do and how we work; we do not make exaggerated claims, guarantee outcomes or promise valuations, returns or acquisition results.
• We do not publish prices, and we do not use pricing bait or urgency tactics to encourage contact.
• We do not sell artwork, and nothing on this site should be read as an offer to buy or sell any work.
• We do not publish sponsored or paid content. If we ever reference another organization, it is for genuine informational purposes only.
• Photographs on this site are used to convey the character of our work and are not presented as records of specific client collections, whose confidentiality we protect.

This site may occasionally link to external resources, such as institutional or reference sites. Such links are provided for convenience and information only. Acceptable outreach

We believe advisory relationships should begin with a collector’s own initiative. We do not engage in unsolicited telemarketing, mass e-mail solicitation or door-to-door outreach, and we do not purchase contact lists. Where we are introduced to a prospective client by a mutual contact, any initial communication will be brief, transparent about how we came to reach out, and respectful of a preference not to continue.

Compliance

Our communications are intended to comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection and privacy laws in the United States, including guidance from the Federal Trade Commission concerning truthful and non-deceptive advertising. If any part of this site is found to fall short of that standard, we will correct it promptly.
